Anselme Deslar Chassagne Montrachet 2001

Anselme Deslar Chassagne Montrachet 2001
Only Pinot Noir is allowed in the classified red wines of the Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, home of the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation. The terroir of the region is marked by Burgundy's cool climate and large limestome deposits. This wine is luscious and buttery smooth. Typical of Montrachet wines, this one has a long finish which leaves a delicious butterscotch flavor on your palate.
